I have dealt with many Estate agents in London and have usually been disappointed with unprofessional practises and approaches. However with Hamilton Chase I have had the most positive and professional experience which has prompted me to leave a review. They helped me sell a property that was slightly unloved and not receiving much attention from buyers initially. Although I did not follow all their advice (due to budgetary constraints) they proactively marketed the property with enthusiasm until finding a buyer who was ready to move speedily and facilitated the whole process for both sides of the transaction through to completion.
