The Tenancy Agreement
We use tenancy agreements that are fully compliant with up to date legislation and we will ensure that you have a copy signed by the Landlord for your records. If there is anything contained in the tenancy agreement that you are unsure of then please ask us or seek independent advice before signing.

Safety
All our rental properties meet current safety requirements. We will provide you with a copy of a current gas safety certificate for the property and an energy performance certificate before you move in.

Inventory
A properly constructed inventory details the fixtures and fittings and describes their state and that of the property generally. It is an essential document designed to help monitor the condition of the property/items before a tenant moves in and just before a tenant leaves a property, so it can be made clear what damages, if any, need to be paid for out of the deposit.

Insurance
It is the Landlord’s responsibility to insure the building and its contents, fixtures and fittings. The tenants are responsible for insuring any of their own possessions.
