We manage many of our properties on behalf of our Landlords - so what does this mean for you?

Inspections
We will carry out a "check - in" when you move in, we will meet you at the property and check the inventory with you, this is very important as your deposit is secured against the information on the inventory. Thereafter quarterly inspections will be carried out to ensure that the property is being maintained.  These will be pre arranged, and you do not have to be home as we will be holding keys to your property.  Photos will be taken at the time of inspection for our records.

Maintenance
If you have any problems at the property, we will always be your first port of call, we have 24/7 emergency cover.  It is important that you report any maintenance issues immediately.
